Our egg tortillas can be adjusted to match your particular palate preference: complement the peppery spice of radish with your choice of mild Oregon White Truffle Finishing Salt, medium Chipotle Finishing Salt, or if you’re ready for hard-core “caliente,” go with our !Fire! Finishing Salt. Even Goldilocks would agree they’re all just right. Serves 4.

  • 4 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons radish, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Salinity™ Salts !Fire! Finishing Salt


On a grill or skillet, heat tortillas on both sides until toasty. Remove and wrap loosely in foil to keep warm.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook eggs sunny side up. When done, place an egg on each tortilla. Sprinkle with radish, cilantro, and !Fire! Finishing Salt.
