Lemon-Ginger Yuletide Moscow Mule Recipe
A burst of effervescent citrus flavor mixed with tangy, sweet ginger awakens the palate and adds a perfect punch to the traditional Moscow Mule.
▪ 1 half lime
▪ 2 ounces vodka
▪ 6 ounces ginger beer
▪ fresh mint
▪ add pomegranate seeds for color (optional)
▪ Lemon Ginger Finishing Salt
Sprinkle some Lemon Ginger Finishing Salt in a saucer. Cut the half lime in 2 wedges. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of the Copper Mug then roll the rim around the finishing salt. Squeeze the lime wedges into Copper Mug and drop them into the mug. Add 2 or 3 large ice cubes, then pour in the vodka and fill with cold ginger beer.
